Create an Html Dock.

Parameters

name	the unique name of the dock
title	the title of the dock

Returns

a new html dock

HtmlDock* FindHtmlDock

Find an html dock with a specified name.

If a dock with that name already exists, it will be returned.

Parameters

name	the unique name of the dock

Returns

the html dock, or None if not found
