Create an Html Dialog.

Parameters

name	the unique name of the dialog
title	the title of the dialog

Returns

a new html dialog

HtmlDialog* FindHtmlDialog

Find an html dialog with a specified name.

If a dialog with that name already exists, it will be returned.

Parameters

name	the unique name of the dialog

Returns

the html dialog, or None if not found
